Terms of Use

Welcome. The eBibleLearning^® Training System is provided to you free through your church’s membership in the Church Training Network. By using the churchtrainingnetwork.com, ebiblelearning.com, or saviorlordandfriend.com, web sites (“Service”), all services of Church Training Network, LLC (CTN), you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Agreement”). In this Agreement, “you” and “your” refers to the user of the System. “We” and “us” refers to Church Training Network (“CTN”). Please read this Agreement before using the Service. Once you agree, you will be granted access to the System until your Church’s or Ministry’s membership has ended.

We may, in our sole discretion, modify, add, update, delete or otherwise change the provisions of this Agreement without notice. Any new features shall be subject to the User Agreement. Continued use of the Service after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.

When we make changes to this Agreement, we will notify you of the changes using the email address you provide in your registration information. If you do not agree to the amended Agreement, you may not continue to use the Site. However, please note that no changes to this Agreement that we may make in the future will shorten the period of time you have to complete the courses in your ”My Courses” list.

By clicking on the “I Accept” button below, you specifically agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, please exit the Site.

Registration and Your Account
When you enter the site, you will be asked to register by providing an email address and a password. We will use your email address and password to identify you when you log on to our site in order to display any courses you may be studying.

Security
You are completely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login identification. If you forget your password, you can notify us my clicking on the “Forgot Your Password” link and we will send your password to the email noted in your registration information.

You are completely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to: (a) immediately notify your Ministry of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security, and (b) ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session. CTN will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this section.

Privacy
Your privacy is important to Church Training Network. CTN does not sell, trade, or rent your information to others. You may choose to purchase additional online courses from our third party publishing partners.

Using the Site
The Service is provided by CTN for the spiritual edification of its members. Users of this Service must not utilize it in such a way as to offend or interfere with the use by anyone else. CTN expressly reserves the right to remove any user of any user who contravenes any of the provisions of the Agreement

CTN has acquired rights and permissions to quote the Bible in the following translations. Listed with each is the copyright information and links to their “permission notices” as required by each translation. These works are all under copyright protection and you are prohibited from copying or downloading verses in anyway that would infringe upon each publisher listed. You shall use your best efforts to cooperate with us in the defense of any claim. We reserve the right to assume, at our sole expense, the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you.

Ownership of Intellectual Property and Restrictions on Use of Materials
All materials contained on the Site, including, without limitation, all courses, software, designs, texts, images, photographs, illustrations, audio clips, video clips, artwork, graphic material, animation, and other copyrightable elements, and the selection and arrangements thereof, and all trademarks, service marks, trade names, trade dress and patents, are the property of CTN, third party publishing partners and authors and/or other respective owners (collectively the “CTN Materials”), and are protected, without limitation, by U.S. and other foreign copyright, trademark and patent laws. You are hereby granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to display the CTN site and any on-line courses associated with it. You may not use the CTN Materials in a manner that suggests an association with any other product. You may not make any modifications to any CTN Materials. Any unauthorized or prohibited use may subject you to civil liability and criminal prosecution under applicable laws.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law, none of the CTN parties shall be liable under any circumstances, including, but not limited to, negligence, for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, this site or any of the materials or functions at the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

General Provisions
This Agreement contains the entire understanding and supersedes all prior understandings or agreements between us with respect to your use of the Site. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be illegal, void or unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severed here from and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions, which remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Texas without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. You agree that any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to this Agreement will first be submitted to mediation in Tarrant County, Texas in accordance with the rules for alternative dispute resolution set forth under Texas law, and you hereby consent and submit to the personal jurisdiction of such mediation for the purpose of litigating any such action.

Payment and Refunds
For those purchasing individual courses, a valid credit card or debit card is required.

There will be no refunds or credits for any purchases. Courses are in electronic format and are considered a final purchase when payment is made.

Churches may cancel the monthly subscription at any time.
